The Gerber 06 is a fully automatic, full size tactical folder that is ready for anything. This knife has a premium design that sets it apart from other tactical autos and is equipped with a high performance, S30V steel blade, robust button lock mechanism and stainless steel striker pommel. This 10th Anniversary Edition comes with OD Green Cerakote coated aluminum handles and a stonewashed S30V drop point blade.

Blade: A classic, saber ground, drop point blade is made from stonewashed CPM-S30V for well-balanced all around performance. The top swedge tapers the blade to a fine yet sturdy point for piercing and detail work. This limited 10th Anniversary Edition is laser etched with Gerber’s 10th Anniversary Reverse Flag marking as well as the standard information.

Handle: Two, black coated and skeletonized stainless steel liners support the OD Green Cerakote coated aluminum handle scales. Cerakote is a durable, poly-ceramic coating that holds up well over time and looks great. The handle scales are milled with grooves for in hand traction with a generous double guard to protect your fingers from the blade. A partial stainless steel back spacer extends from the pommel end for striking and is milled with a hole for lanyard attachment. A button lock mechanism provides rock solid lockup and simple, smooth operation with a slide safety for backup in both open and closed positions.

Carries via a Reversible, tip-up only, stainless steel pocket clip.

CPM-S30V: A martensitic, powdered stainless steel with high levels of wear and corrosion resistance. Its chemistry promotes the formation and even distribution of vanadium carbides, which are harder and more effective at cutting than chromium carbides. This gives it a very refined grain, further improving the sharpness and toughness. S30V is a great, all around steel with high levels of performance.
