A slim, gentleman’s carry EDC automatic, the Virus from Piranha Knives offers a clean, modern design with high performance materials. Aircraft grade aluminum houses the S30V blade and button lock automatic mechanism for fast deployment and secure lockup. Groove milling on the sides and subtle ridges on the edges gives the knife a secure, comfortable grip. This Tactical version comes with a mirror polished blade and green hard anodized aluminum handle.

Blade: Made from premium S30V, the slender drop point blade comes with a smokey polished orange peel that offers excellent performance and style. The full flat grind, slim profile and distal taper give this blade exceptional piercing and slicing performance. Powered by a strong coil spring the blade deploys with authority and speed with a press of the button. A thin 2.5 mm blade stock perfectly balances durability and performance for optimal performance.

Handle: This compact, daily carry automatic has a hard anodized, aircraft grade aluminum handle with groove milling and textured edges for a secure and comfortable grip. Rock solid and reliable, the button lock mechanism delivers safe, secure operation. Stainless Torx hardware completes the construction.

CPM-S30V: A PM stainless steel developed specifically for use in knife blades, S30V has good wear resistance (edge retention) and corrosion resistance, better than 440C or 420HC. The powdered process refines the grain, improving performance for a balanced blade steel. Toughness is comparable to other PM stainless steels.
