Danish designer Jens Anso is back again with a collaborative effort from Zero Tolerance that offers a minimalist design with maximum performance in ZT’s first slip-joint knife, the 0230. Based on his custom Monte Carlo, this double detent, slip joint folder delivers smooth and secure operation of the sheepsfoot blade in a lightweight and stylish package. The 0230 comes with carbon fiber handle scales and a stonewashed, CPM-20CV blade.

Blade:Â Featuring a double detent system to keep the blade safely closed for carrying with a solid half-stop for added safety when opening and closing the CPM 20CV blade offers top-end performance. A fully flat ground, sheepsfoot blade provides excellent slicing ability with the downturned tip ideal for utility work and precise, controlled cuts The blade opens via a generous nail nick and has the brand logo on the spine for a clean, visual appeal.
Handle:Â Carbon fiber handle scales make this an exceptionally light and easy to carry knife. Housed inside the scales are steel liners with the double detent, slip joint mechanism along with a blue anodized, Anso-style backspacer with integrated lanyard attachment for carry.
The 0230 does not have a pocket clip for carry.
About CPM-20CV: A highly wear-resistant, powder metallurgy stainless tool steel, the steel contains a large volume of extremely hard vanadium carbides which provide excellent wear resistance. CPM-20CV contains the highest amount of chromium of any high-vanadium stainless steel currently available. The chromium-rich matrix provides outstanding corrosion resistance.
