The 0640 is a collaborative design between Zero Tolerance and Emerson knives, reviving the retired Viper design with upgrades for the modern age. The streamlined design of the 0640 provides low-drag carry and high-speed deployment while being robust for heavy use. This limited run comes with a blackwashed CPM-20CV blade with matching titanium frame and white and black carbon fiber overlays.

Blade: Coated and tumbled, the low profile blackwashed 20CV blade rides smooth on durable phosphor bronze washers with ambidextrous deployment via the Emerson-style thumb disk. A high saber grind and clip point swedge deliver a durable blade that slices and pierces with authority.

Handle: White and black carbon fiber overlays add style to the coffin-shaped handle supported by solid titanium slabs for a stout, dependable handle. An integral frame lock comes equipped with a steel lock face insert for smooth, reliable operation and rock solid lockup. Chamfered edges pair with strategic jimping for an ergonomic and comfortable handle with a neutral for added versatility.

CPM-20CV: CPM-20CV (analog to M390 and CTS-204P) is a premium powder metallurgy (PM) stainless steel with high level edge retention and corrosion resistance. Relatively easy to sharpen, the coarse microstructure gives this steel lower toughness.
